We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This is a remote position that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

  • As a General Virtual Assistant, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing exceptional customer support and experience to our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in spoken and written English, and have a quiet home office environment.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide customer support and manage client communications
    • Handle calls and email inquiries
    • Administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, Work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
    • Marketing and Social Media Management
    • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
    • Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
    • Effectively represents the company's core values to anyone within or outside of the organization.
    • Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Willing to undergo background checking
    • Good American accent
    • Quiet home office work environment
    • Willing to work on the graveyard shift
    • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
    • Dependable electricity with power backup available
    • At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
