Influencer Marketing Specialist

Overview:
This role is responsible for building and executing influencer marketing strategies. As the Influencer Coordinator, you will own key relationships with trend-savvy creators and drive impactful campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
About The RoleKey responsibilities include researching and identifying influencers, managing campaign lifecycle, negotiating rates and deliverables, and tracking performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. Experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital marketing roles is preferred.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or similar digital marketing roles
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement metrics
