Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Regional AI Architect to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI platforms across Asia-Pacific. As a key member of our global team, you will collaborate with forward-thinking clients to deliver transformative AI programs that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable AI models using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, LLMs, and Azure ML.
  • Create AI solutions with ML pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agent systems.
  • Build AI-powered agents with open standards like MCP, A2A, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure secure, optimized deployments.
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI strategies.
  • Integrate Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, and CosmosDB.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure AI tools, Copilot, and related platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of LLM tuning, RAG, and machine learning development.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, AI DevOps, and MLOps.
  • Understanding of AI security best practices and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with enterprise clients.
  • Background in consulting, financial services, or multinational environments is a plus.
