About Conversational AI

We're looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team.

  • Design, write and optimize prompts for conversational AI systems.
  • Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
  • Collaborate with developers, linguists and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
  • Analyse transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance and user satisfaction.
  • Document prompt libraries, version changes and testing results for knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure that prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance and cultural context.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML or computer science.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs or conversational AI platforms.
  • Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management and AI behaviour shaping.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and tone adaptation.
  • Ability to analyse data, spot patterns and recommend improvements.
