Job Title

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to fill a crucial role in our AI Safety Services department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, researching and prospecting potential clients, and arranging the initial meeting with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of professional work experience in any field, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications. They will also be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and utilizing productivity tools such as Google Workspace and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads using discovery questions that identify technical scope, risk drivers, and buying timelines.
  • Research and prospect potential clients, building short targeted lists of AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps.
  • Arrange the first meeting with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, preparing them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
  • Stay up-to-date with daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates, translating buzz into relevant talking points.
  • Maintain a clean CRM, logging activity, enriching accounts, and reporting on conversion so GTM leadership can forecast with confidence.
