Business Growth Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Partner to join our team in driving business expansion. This is a 100% remote position, ideal for individuals who thrive on making calls, closing deals, and following up with intensity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and qualify prospects via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Book and attend Zoom meetings with HR managers and business owners
- Deliver confident, high-impact presentations of our services
- Manage CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups
- Hit weekly KPIs and revenue goals
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (HR industry preferred)
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality
- Self-starter with experience working remotely
- Bonus: Experience with recruitment, assessments, or outsourcing
