Global Business Expansion Manager Position

Achieving exceptional sales growth in the international BESS market is a key objective of this role. To accomplish this, effective strategy planning, brand establishment, and customer relationship management are crucial. Leading a team of professionals to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with local regulations is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy Development: Creating and executing targeted marketing strategies for various regions to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Brand Enhancement and Promotion: Establishing and strengthening the company's global BESS brand through strategic promotional activities.
  • Sales Target Setting and Achievement: Setting and attaining sales targets by leading the team and optimizing sales channels.
  • Channel Development and Management: Building and maintaining a network of distributors, agents, and partners to drive sales expansion.
  • Product Strategy Alignment: Collaborating with the product team to ensure BESS products remain competitive in the international market.
  • Customer Relationship Fostering: Developing strong relationships with key customers to deliver high-level service and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team to drive sales success.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks in international market expansion.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing market data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, international trade, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in international marketing, with 2+ years in senior marketing roles in the BESS industry.
  • Pronounced international market analysis skills and ability to lead teams to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
  • Strong team building and leadership skills.
