Loan Processing Role

In this key position, you will oversee the entire loan processing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include verifying loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with lending standards. You'll leverage CRM tools, collaborate with internal teams, and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will utilize digital platforms to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records.
  • Your tasks will involve reviewing, verifying, and processing loan application documents submitted through digital channels.
  • You will coordinate with internal teams to guarantee completeness and accuracy of application data.
  • Audits of loan documentation will be performed to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Communication with clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation will be handled digitally.
  • Data extraction and interpretation from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use will be your responsibility.
  • You will maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggesting enhancements will be a significant part of your role.
  • Staying updated on current trends in digital tools and loan processing best practices will be essential.
  • You will provide accurate loan performance data and reports to support marketing and operations teams.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least six months of experience in home/mortgage loan processing in the Australian market is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms is necessary.
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills are required.
  • Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance standards is expected.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills is crucial.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
