Job Description:
The Loan Portfolio Assistant will be responsible for monitoring and managing resolved loans. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive risk management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret legal and financial documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Loan Monitoring: Track and manage resolved loans, ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
  • Request Final Orders Agreements: Follow up with legal representatives to obtain final Orders or Agreements.
  • Interpretation of Legal Documents: Review and analyze legal documents to determine repayment obligations and financial implications.
  • Law Firm Updates: Maintain regular communication with law firms to track loan resolution progress.
  • Final Statement Preparation: Prepare and distribute final statements to borrowers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Security Registration Withdrawal: Assist in the registration and withdrawal of mortgages and caveats.
  • Closure Confirmation Processes: Send closure confirmation emails upon successful loan repayment and resolution.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance, legal services, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial documents, loan agreements, and legal orders.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
