
Senior Customer Value Manager

The Customer Success Management Supervisor is responsible for leading and engaging a team of Customer Success Specialists. The primary goal is to drive value for customers by being an expert on best practices in change management, finding ways for CSMs to deeply understand customer objectives and deliver value-based solutions.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
- Customer Success: Drive alignment with internal teams by focusing on retention strategies and collaborating with Sales Managers and Expansion teams.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team by setting expectations, giving feedback, conducting interviews, and creating a customer-first culture.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Account Management SME: 5+ years of customer or account management experience, including 2+ years managing high-performing Customer Success teams at a SaaS or telecommunications company.
- Educational Attainment: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.
- Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries.
