Lead Customer Support Specialist

At CoverGo, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our customer support function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and team management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support experiences.

  • This role is a senior-level position within our organization and requires a high level of expertise in customer service practices and customer journey management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer pain points and improve our platform experience.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management within tech or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.
