About the role

Antbox Apparel, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Talon Dos Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our vibrant retail environment. What you'll be doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Promoting and selling Antbox Apparel's diverse range of fashion products, ensuring customers are provided with the best possible shopping experience
  • Maintaining a visually appealing and organised store presentation, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and merchandised
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions, as well as processing returns and exchanges
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Providing feedback and insights to help improve store operations and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, with the ability to recommend products and style solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
  • A team-player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
