Technical Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Advocate. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Delivery: Provide timely and effective technical support to our clients across various channels.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team to improve overall support quality.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: At least 3+ years of experience in technical support, primarily supporting via email and chat.
  • Domain Knowledge: General understanding of web-based and mobile applications, as well as experience with SaaS products.
  • Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent judgment and empathy.
