Database Architect Opportunity

As a seasoned database professional, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing real-time databases and data systems to meet evolving client needs. Your focus will be on performance, quality, and scalability.

You will work independently or in teams to drive substantial product features from concept through deployment, collaborating with architects, developers, and analysts.

Mentor junior engineers, leading by example in design reviews and pair programming. Provide constructive feedback that fosters growth and helps others develop a thoughtful, kind, and continuously learning team culture.

Lead technical discussions on architecture and design, advocating for simple solutions and challenging unnecessary complexity. Focus on pragmatic results and champion best practices in quality, security, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and optimize real-time databases and data systems
  2. Develop and implement efficient data processing and machine learning models
  3. Own features from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  4. Mentor junior engineers, promoting skill growth and development
  5. Provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions
  6. Advocate for best practices in quality, security, and operations
