Job Title: Training and Assessment Expert

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and assessments, adhering to statutory requirements. This involves providing feedback and coaching trainees on essential job capabilities, updating and developing content in line with client and business needs, and maintaining accurate records on MIS trackers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to guarantee that programs are updated and developed based on identified needs.
  • Adhere to established training schedules.
  • Develop Question Banks and leverage technology-enabled training tools to enhance training quality and participant experience.
  • Take ownership of every training program handled to ensure all benchmarks are met or surpassed.
  • Act as a guide and coach for trainees during the training program.
  • Implement a regular feedback and coaching plan to help trainees improve.
  • Ensure trainees understand relevant statutory business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an Active US Registered Nurse License.
  • Previous training experience in a US Healthcare BPO organization is required.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a US Healthcare Account (Clinical).
  • Good understanding of processes and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
