We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing learning and development programs for new hires. You will align short-term and long-term training initiatives with organizational goals and the evolving needs of supported teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical training on cloud contact center software in classroom and virtual environments for new employees
  • Engage with internal Subject Matter Experts to define training needs
  • Create assessments and certifications for training material
  • Write training content, handouts, exams and curriculum according to developing needs and standards
  • Administer training classes and manage related internal processes
  • Document and maintain training-related processes
  • Administer written and practical exams and produce performance reports to evaluate trainees
  • Continuously improve technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
  • Stay current on cloud contact center products and related technologies
  • Ensure quality and consistency of course content through updates
  • Serve as a consultative resource to students using training content to complete coursework
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementation (professional services)
  • College degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Internet technology, hosted solutions (SaaS), VoIP, and Call Center practices
  • Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
