Implementation Services Technical Trainer

The Implementation Services Technical Trainer designs, delivers, and manages learning and development programs for new hires, aligning short-term and long-term training initiatives with organizational goals and the evolving needs of supported teams.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical training on Five9 applications in classroom and virtual environments for new employees
- Engage with internal Subject Matter Experts to define training needs
- Create assessments and certifications for training material
- Write training content, handouts, exams, and curriculum according to developing needs and standards
- Administer training classes and manage related internal processes
- Document and maintain training-related processes
- Administer written and practical exams and produce performance reports to evaluate trainees
- Continuously improve technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
- Stay current on Five9 products and related technologies
- Ensure quality and consistency of course content through updates
- Serve as a consultative resource to students using training content to complete coursework
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Poised, confident, in-control communicator; preferably an existing Five9 employee
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; patient and professional with varying levels of technical skill
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and features; keep abreast of Five9 technologies
- Strong administration and program design skills; ability to deliver content
- Excellent oral presentation skills
- Previous classroom and virtual training delivery experience in a technical capacity is preferred
- Self-managed with strong teamwork capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Implementation (Professional Services)
- College degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Strong knowledge of Internet technology, hosted solutions (SaaS), VoIP, and Call Center practices
- Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
