The role of Outbound Business Growth Specialist involves identifying and connecting with key decision-makers at e-commerce brands to drive business expansion. This entails utilizing various tools like LinkedIn, Google, lead lists, and CRM systems to tailor outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect identification and outreach using multiple platforms and tools
- Tailoring messaging to resonate with each prospect's business needs and Amazon opportunities
- Booking high-quality meetings for senior management, ensuring prospects are a good fit for services offered
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach, lead stages, and call notes in the CRM system
- Monitoring performance of outreach templates and sequences, suggesting improvements, and A/B testing approaches
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Experience in sales or lead generation roles
- Knowledge of Amazon or e-commerce platforms
- Self-motivation with a strong sense of initiative
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on leads to drive business growth
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience working remotely (WFH)
- Own personal computer and reliable internet connection
- Fixed morning shifts in the UK time zone (4PM to 8PM Manila Time, Mon to Fri)
- Associate-level position within the sales function
- Full-time employment in the Technology, Information, and Internet industries
