We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage the entire sales process, from generating new business to nurturing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably for a job board/job advertising company or similar industry.
- The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities within SMBs across various industries. This includes prospecting new leads, qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery calls, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction for long-term retention.
- Additionally, the Sales Development Representative will assist in the onboarding process of new customers, provide ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of our products, and collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customers are successfully utilizing our solutions.
As a Sales Development Representative at our company, you will play a key role in refining and testing sales strategies for our SMB products. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, and can build rapport with both prospects and existing customers.
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably for a job board/job advertising company or similar industry.

- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with the SMB market and understanding of their challenges and needs.
