About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our People function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and track key dates such as probation, visa, and contract renewal dates.
  • Draft, issue, and file contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and preparing onboarding packs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for basic HR queries and provide timely reminders.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR administration or assistant role, preferably in a scale-up or professional services environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS, spreadsheets, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proactive, people-first mindset, dependable, and eager to learn.
