
People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a global role that spans multiple countries, including Australia, the US, UK, and India. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired, along with 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
This role involves working with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization. The job requires providing support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service, and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
Responsibilities- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
- Manage employee data in Rippling, our HRIS, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ensure employee experience processes are met, such as referral payments and sign-on bonuses.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
