Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for operations, project coordination, and field management.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily job deployment schedules, tracking timelines, crew assignments, and materials across multiple jobs. They will also coordinate with internal teams, update project dashboards, collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs for invoicing, and prepare operational reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily job deployment schedules for technicians and project leads
  • Track timelines, crew assignments, and materials across multiple jobs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Update and maintain project dashboards with live status information
  • Collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs for invoicing
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for senior management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field management
  • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows, including drops, patch panels, terminations, rack and stack, fiber pulls, etc
  • Familiarity with U.S. business operations, labor schedules, compliance tracking, and job costing
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Technical background, such as former field technician or project engineer
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based staffing or contracting companies
  • Knowledge of OSHA/jobsite safety practices
