We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. You will assist the HR function with people operations activities, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR, excellent organizational skills, and strong customer service orientation.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences for all employees.
  • Provide support to employee inquiries, focusing on delivering high-level customer service while innovating our people operations backbone.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ensure employee experience processes are met, e.g., referral payments and sign-on bonuses.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
  • Manage Lattice administration, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations via 'Updates'. Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.
Employee Relations
  • Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
