Job Overview

About this role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Deliver high-level customer service, providing support to employee questions and inquiries.
HR Administration

The successful candidate will assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.

They will also coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and performance reviews.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

Report on people initiatives, including surveys, RAD review cycles, impact conversations, and others.

Employee Relations

Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software, preferably Rippling or similar platforms.
