The Role:
You'll be a vital part of our daily operations, enhancing operational efficiency and expanding access to transformative therapies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage records, and coordinate communications effectively.
- Administrative Support: Assist with call & email management, data entry, and other tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing confidentiality and security.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with providers, technical support, and other team members seamlessly.
- Technical Support: Assist patients and staff with software issues, resolving problems promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Office Suite, telehealth platforms, and electronic health record systems is necessary.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success.
- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail, are vital.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated customer service experience with a patient-centered approach is necessary.
- Confidentiality: Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations is essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to changing priorities is required.
