Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with our customers through regular communication, identifying solutions to address outstanding medical bills and ensuring timely payments.

  1. Data Management

Utilize various computer systems to research and document customer information, including current status, payment expectations, and conversation notes.

  1. Account Resolution

Employ effective communication strategies, including phone, email, and mail, to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding medical bill accounts.

  1. Reporting and Compliance

Prepare and submit detailed reports to management on the status of outstanding medical bills, highlighting proposed/planned payment settlement details.

  1. Adherence to Guidelines

Maintain strict adherence to employment contracts, company policies, and procedures, as well as any directives received.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of moderate work experience within a related field is preferred.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Windows navigation, mouse, and keyboarding abilities are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a related environment, such as office, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles, is beneficial.
