We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our accounting team with bookkeeping operations during peak periods. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support.
Responsibilities:- Process data entry in QuickBooks Online
- Handle daily sales entries using POS systems
- Support the accounting team during peak periods
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure data accuracy and organization
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Handle client communications
- Support personal administrative tasks
- Coordinate with team members
- Maintain organized documentation
- Track tasks through Monday.com
- Coordinate team projects

- 1+ years of bookkeeping experience
- 1+ years of QuickBooks Online experience (strongly preferred)
