Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr M365 Support Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring that their Microsoft 365 infrastructure is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365, Teams, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient issue resolution. Your strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution of client incidents, following standard operating procedures and escalating when necessary
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient issue resolution
  • Manage escalations to vendors, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members, promoting growth and development within the team
  • Create and maintain accurate configuration documentation to ensure easy access to critical information
Requirements

Experience: Several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365, Teams, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer environments, excellent communication skills, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
