Service and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Parts Head to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and achieving daily, monthly, and annual targets.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills. You will work closely with our Business Manager to ensure compliance to prescribed service standards across reception, workshop, and releasing.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and forecast Aftersales performance targets for approval.
- Ensure a well-managed service workshop, reflected in individual performance of Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
- Implement prescribed service processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer service requests through Repair Orders and supporting documents.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably with Officer-level experience.
- Excellent customer relations and handling skills.
San Fernando Pampanga or Bacolor Pampanga.
