Job Title: Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Industrial Relations and Union Negotiations: Provide advice on Collective Agreements, Employment contracts, Workplace Policies, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Employee Relations and Strategy: Manage complex employment relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and CA interpretation.
  • Governance and Compliance: Drive consistency in application of People policies and contracts, including implementing standard terms and conditions.
  • Policy Development and Communication: Support global people policies implementation in a local manner and develop market-specific policies.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Establish a safety culture prioritizing employee safety and advise on local and regional health and safety legislation, practices, and trends.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in human resources, law, or similar field or relevant experience in employment and industrial relations.
  • At least 5 years' Human Resource/Employee Relations experience in a complex matrix organization.
  • Solid expertise of employment law across SEA countries.
  • Successful track record of negotiation experience with unions and employee representative groups.
