About The JobThe Employee Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the legal and labor affairs for the company, specifically managing arbitration and litigation cases.

This position will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to safeguard the company's legal and business interests. As Employee Relations Manager, You Will…HR Compliance & AdvisoryEnsure the company complies with applicable Philippine labor laws and regulations

Provide guidance and support to the HR team in handling disciplinary/administrative cases

Stay updated on changes in legislation and provide advice on necessary actionsHR RepresentationRepresent the company during employee arbitration and litigation proceedings

Work with external counsel in handling employee legal/labor related cases

Represent the HR team in legal matters when required

Litigation & Dispute ManagementManage & oversee employee legal disputes and ensure proper documentation are in place to support each case

Maintain an organized tracking mechanism for all legal cases from initial company notification to case resolution

Work closely with HRBP and internal stakeholders in reviewing and assessing employee cases

Reports ComplianceAdhere to required local government compliance submissions and any required Global HR reports

Liaison with authorities & external partners

Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and BPO industry associations

Work with external legal advisors for specialized legal matters

Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time

As Employee Relations Manager, You Need…Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor and a member of the Philippine BarAt least 1-2 years legal experience, preferably with exposure in handling DOLE/NLRC cases

Must have excellent knowledge of Philippine labor laws

Open to work on shifting schedules

Willing to travel on a regular basis to government agencies and/or different IntouchCX campuses, as needed

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must have the ability to work under pressure

Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
