Overview

The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution. This role drives business growth, market positioning, customer engagement, and revenue performance across units. The Marketing leader will oversee brand management, communications, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

This role requires a dynamic leader with strategic foresight, strong business acumen, and proven expertise in developing innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee marketing functions including brand management, advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive campaigns that increase customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales conversions across units.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of solid marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale marketing programs within retail, lifestyle, entertainment, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in brand building, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
