Senior Software Development Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned software leader with deep SAP ERP technical expertise to lead high-impact ERP initiatives and empower teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring 8+ years of experience in ERP technical development and integration, including SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP, EPM – BPC, Anaplan, and S/4HANA 1709+

  • Lead internal and external development teams to deliver ERP applications and enhancements on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, and integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms, with a strong focus on SAP BPC, SAP BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA.
  • Ensure robust, secure, and scalable ERP systems aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and support user acceptance testing.
  • Coach and mentor team members, manage performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive SAP experience: 8+ years in ERP technical development and integration, including SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP, EPM – BPC, Anaplan, and S/4HANA 1709+
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or project management role, with experience leading teams of 8 or more
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP, BW/4HANA, and system integration with platforms like Ariba, Fieldglass, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with SAP Finance processes from a user or configuration perspective
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level projects
  • SAP Business Technology Platform
  • Advanced SAP Webdynpro Java, Netweaver Portal, Microsoft SharePoint, C#/.Net
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile methodologies
