Job Overview

The Site Head is responsible for ensuring the effective management of business functions located on site, aligning with the Group's global objectives and strategies.

This role requires strategic leadership, technology expertise, and collaboration skills to drive deliverables in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Manila Target Operating Model, aligning with the Group's global strategies and standards.
  • Technology Leadership: Build a world-class engineering workforce, drive technology transformation, and deliver Compass-related initiatives in Manila.
  • Operations & Risk Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation, Growth & Excellence: Identify productivity opportunities across Manila cross-functionally, strategize and implement initiatives to optimize hub practices, improve efficiency, and realize cost savings.
  • Talent Management & Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent in Manila to deliver high service levels, promote Diversity and Inclusion aligned with the Group's DEI strategy.

Essential Experience/Competencies:

  • Successful track record in the financial industry with a strong technology background.
  • Senior leadership presence with the ability to influence global stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Experience leading large, multi-cultural, international teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.
