Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a strategic partner for clients, you will help them maximize the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business success.

  • As a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

You will have deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies making you a trusted advisor.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who can design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create test scripts specific to user requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Map client needs to Marketing Cloud capabilities, utilizing standard features to their full potential.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Configure and customize Marketing Cloud systems according to solution design and best practices.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure successful adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Collaborate with Solution leads to document business requirements and map solutions per requirement.
  • Participate in project estimation, providing input on declarative system design.
  • Manage SF Solution design implementation to meet client expectations.
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork as specified by an Architect or Lead Designer.
  • Offer expert advice or suggestions for improvement aligned with design objectives.
  • Collaborate in testing, training, and documentation efforts.
  • Provide hypercare support to assist end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to offer innovative solutions.
