Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert who combines strategic marketing expertise with business development acumen and personal assistance capabilities. This unique role offers the opportunity to shape our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and directly contribute to our rapid expansion in the Australian AI automation market.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to generate qualified leads for our AI automation solutions
- Create compelling content that showcases BlueArc's value proposition and industry expertise across all six vertical markets
- Manage both personal and business LinkedIn profiles, publishing 2-3 strategic posts daily to build thought leadership and brand awareness
- Implement data-driven campaigns that demonstrate measurable ROI and lead conversion rates
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine messaging strategies
Business Development & Client Outreach
- Execute cold calling campaigns to prospective clients across target industry verticals
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the senior leadership team
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into compelling marketing messages
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline development
Personal Assistant & Strategic Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and event coordination
- Organize and coordinate client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Provide administrative support for business development activities and client relationship management
- Assist with proposal preparation and client presentation materials
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for business development activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in B2B technology or automation solutions
- Platform Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing with measurable results
- Australian Market Knowledge: Direct experience working with Australian companies and understanding of local business culture and practices
- AI/Automation Understanding: Solid grasp of AI business automation solutions and their applications across various industries
- Proven ROI: Track record of delivering measurable marketing ROI with specific examples and metrics
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for content creation and client interactions
- Initiative: Self-starter mentality with strategic thinking capabilities and ability to work independently

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
