Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert who combines strategic marketing expertise with business development acumen and personal assistance capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to generate qualified leads for our AI automation solutions
• Create compelling content that showcases BlueArc's value proposition and industry expertise across all six vertical markets
• Manage both personal and business LinkedIn profiles, publishing 2-3 strategic posts daily to build thought leadership and brand awareness
• Implement data-driven campaigns that demonstrate measurable ROI and lead conversion rates
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine messaging strategies

Business Development & Client Outreach

• Execute cold calling campaigns to prospective clients across target industry verticals
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the senior leadership team
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into compelling marketing messages
• Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline development

Personal Assistant & Strategic Support

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and event coordination
• Organize and coordinate client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Provide administrative support for business development activities and client relationship management
• Assist with proposal preparation and client presentation materials
• Handle travel arrangements and logistics for business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in B2B technology or automation solutions
