Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Expert

This key role involves spearheading strategic initiatives across financial planning, business partnerships, and process innovation to drive forward-thinking decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, guaranteeing effective integration with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will possess a robust analytical mindset and the ability to translate financial data into compelling strategic recommendations. They will be able to effectively communicate with non-financial stakeholders and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenging business assumptions and identifying areas for digital and financial optimization.
  • Take full ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that significantly influence strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will also have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.

  • Drive continuous improvement by embracing AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Champion a digital-first mindset within the Finance team—encouraging experimentation with emerging tools and technologies to elevate decision support.
