Digital Marketing Expert

This position suits a strategic and hands-on professional with profound expertise in paid advertising, particularly on Meta, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an individual to develop and execute high-performing digital campaigns to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers.
  • The ideal candidate will set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to align with business objectives and return on ad spend targets.
Creative Strategy:
  • Develop compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and user-generated content formats.
Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns to significant monthly spends.
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing, preferably with direct response campaigns.
