Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex technical issues in response to customer/system reported incidents via trouble tickets
  • Identify and break down problems using structured problem resolution approaches
  • Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to encountered problems
  • Setup and configure requests together with customers
  • Make changes to existing setups based on customer description
  • Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments
  • Update your skill set by keeping up with technology changes and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems
  • Ability to learn fast and become proficient with unfamiliar systems
  • Ability to interact with different countries, cultures, clients (internal and external)
  • Good communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
