  • Participate in continuous training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a technical support role or customer-facing environment is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
