As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations program and client management scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Strategically forecast and budget revenue generation plans to maximize results.
  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their performance and capabilities.
  • Review operational reports, including attendance adherence, productivity metrics, and key performance indicators, to identify areas for improvement.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS with client partners to drive business growth and satisfaction through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring consistent administration of organizational policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, offer developmental coaching, and create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and motivation.
Candidate Profile:
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with at least seven years of experience, preferably with two years of progressive management experience and call center background.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes, establish a course of action for self and others, and provide effective feedback to facilitate growth and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work well under pressure, follow through on items to completion, and maintain a professional demeanor and composure.
