Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist with streamlining internal operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring project success for purpose-driven clients worldwide.

This part-time position (10-20 hours/week, potential for full-time) offers flexible working hours within the UK time zone. As an independent contractor, you will be remunerated on a monthly basis based on your work volume.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create, configure, and enhance workflows in Monday.com and ClickUp;
  • Develop and implement automation and integration solutions to boost efficiency;
  • Coordinate multiple projects, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality results;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, ensure quality standards, and drive client satisfaction;
  • Pursue process improvements based on feedback.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management (agency or client-side);
  • Specialized knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards);
  • Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations;
  • Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies;
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities;
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to take ownership with minimal oversight.
