We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Project Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating IT projects, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers, and translating business needs into actionable plans.

You will be part of our team as an IT Project Coordinator, overseeing multiple software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
Maintain and update project boards to reflect accurate progress and reporting.
Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities.
Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.
Coordinate with developers on project milestones, progress, and deliverables.
Prepare and refine business documentation, reports, and client presentations.
Provide light executive assistant support such as calendar and email management with accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform basic bookkeeping support including bank reconciliations and timely pay runs.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects
- Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies
- Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
