GrowthAssistant is seeking an experienced professional to join its Growth Marketing team as Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to meet revenue goals.
  • Closely collaborate with creative and operational teams for seamless campaign execution and alignment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM, with hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp is also necessary.

This role involves building, testing, QA, deploying, and monitoring emails, managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs, creating and executing experiments and A/B tests, preparing production briefs for execution teams, and collaborating with customer service to troubleshoot issues.

Additionally, the Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager will track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations, monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics, configure dynamic content and test links, layout, and mobile/web rendering prior to launch, and pull campaign reports into Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp.

  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign execution.
  • Confident yet curious collaboration.
