
Event Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and sales materials.
Responsibilities include processing incoming calls, coordinating familiarization and site inspections, meeting with clients, and performing other tasks as assigned.
- Assist in preparing reports as assigned by the superior or manager
- Coordinate and assist in preparing room and banquet correspondence
- Provide support in preparation for sales activities, such as sales blitzes, hostings, and hotel inspections
- Process incoming telephone calls according to established procedures while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate familiarization and site inspections as required
- Meet with clients and ensure all event details are in order
- Assist clients with inquiries and endorse to the sales in-charge
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
A graduate of a 4-year course in Business, Accounting, or Economics/Hospitality Management is preferred. At least 1 year experience in secretarial/administrative work is also required. Good communication skills and amenability to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga are essential.
