Are you a seasoned digital marketing expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience driving seller adoption and increasing offsite traffic through various ads channels?

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Lead. As a key member of our Offsite Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic, analyzing campaign performance, and providing optimization strategies to drive strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization strategies to drive strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices.
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or agency settings.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams.
