Digital Content Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive growth across platforms. This role involves managing all digital content, creating compelling content, monitoring media trends, driving traffic and engagement, and optimizing the online customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all digital content including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
- Create trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.
- Monitor media, social, and pop culture for trending stories relevant to our community.
- Drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.
- Optimize the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalization.
- Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including industry experts and business partners.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a digital or content company.
- Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.
- Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.
- Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.
- Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.
- Confident communicator with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
