Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid media channels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles, with hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. They will be responsible for generating leads, optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
