Job Summary

This role involves leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to boost seller-driven traffic through off-platform marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and execute campaigns to increase adoption of off-platform ads channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize ROAS for sellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices.
  • Manage the entire offsite marketing operations workflow from planning to reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative improvements to enhance offsite performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and ability to work with datasets to drive business decisions.
  • Able to work independently and navigate complex cross-functional teams.
