Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and finding solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account
  • 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
  • A reliable internet connection - No Pocket Wifi
